Cast iron reducer housing

Q200 # precision cast iron with higher strength and smaller deformation is used as the material of the box. In order to prevent the occurrence of incomplete cleaning of sand grains in the inner chamber of the box, the injection moulding process is adopted in the inner chamber of the box. Sand particles in the chamber are not thoroughly cleaned. Driven by lubricating oil, sand particles will cause wear and tear of gears, bearings and oil seals. The box body was aged for 8 hours with internal heat preservation. After spraying primer, the casting blank was aged for 90 days in the open air. The deformation of the box body is effectively reduced.
