Instructions for Use of Gear Reduction Motor
Welcome to choose Wanxin series gear reducer motor (reducer). Please refer to this manual for installation before use.
Before use
1. Please check whether the product type, motor power, motor rated voltage, installation mode, deceleration ratio and output shaft size meet your requirements. If there is any discrepancy, please contact your dealer in time for timely treatment.
2. The retarder motor (reducer) with rubber bolt on the reducer should pull out the small yellow rubber bolt on the rubber bolt, otherwise there is a risk of oil leakage after long continuous operation.
Use environment
1. Do not use this speed reducer in explosive, flammable gas, corrosive and leaky environments.
2. Do not bend, pull or clamp the power supply, cable and motor conductor forcibly.
3. After the motor is installed, the grounding wire must be well grounded, and the position of the grounding wire is above the junction box.
4. Installation, connection and inspection shall be carried out by professional and technical personnel.
5. The installation environment should be dry and well ventilated. The ambient temperature should be between - 5 C and 40 C. It should be noted when the temperature is abnormally high or low.
6. The gear reducer motor shall be mounted on a flat and firm base.
install
1. When using the coupling to connect the output shaft, the two axes must be fixed and parallel, and the base should be installed with bolts with appropriate aperture to ensure that the gear reducer motor is tight and firm.
2. All equipment installed on the output shaft must be lightly mounted on the shaft. Do not use hammers and other blunt devices to knock out the output shaft, so as to avoid bearing damage caused by too tight installation.
3. Pulleys, sprockets or gears are assembled as close as possible to the output bearing to reduce bending stress. Sprockets and pulleys not exceeding 6 times the diameter of the output shaft should be used to connect with the output shaft. When using, please cooperate with H7 tolerance to avoid abnormal noise and axle surface damage.
4. After installation, appropriate rust-proof oil or paint can be applied on the surface of the output shaft to protect the output shaft from rusting.
5. According to the power supply voltage, choose the suitable wiring mode to connect the inner wiring of the motor wiring box. The wrong wiring in the junction box will cause the motor to burn down. According to the rated current on the motor nameplate, it is suggested that the appropriate size of cable should be selected according to the current density of 5A/mm2 to supply power to the motor.
6. When using frequency converter to supply power to the gear reducer motor with braking function, the brake line (yellow) should be provided with AC 220V power supply separately, and the power supply should be synchronized with that of the gear reducer motor.
7. The gearbox of gear reducer motor has been filled with suitable lubricating oil. Do not add lubricating oil before use. After more than 1000 hours of normal use, suitable No. 0 lubricant can be added.
8. After installation, check again whether the installation surface of the gear reducer motor is flat, to ensure that nothing can be put on the motor, otherwise the motor will be burnt down.
in use
1. When the power supply voltage varies more than 10% in use, the motor may be burned down, accompanied by reduced or abnormal output torque.
2. The motor may be burnt out when it is overloaded. Please test whether the motor current is within the rated current value for the first time in operation.
3. Even if the motor is in normal operation, sometimes the surface temperature will exceed 70 C. When the motor is running, if it is possible to be close to the motor, please make a "high temperature attention" diagram and stick it to the conspicuous part of the motor.
4. When the motor is reversed, the single-phase motor is adjusted according to the wiring diagram. The three-phase motor only needs to adjust two relative parts of the power cord.
Matters needing attention
1. Choose standard frame number gear reducer motor. If special reasons require choosing frame type gear reducer motor, the load must be lower than normal load.
2. Reduced frame standard gear reducer motor is only guaranteed for one year for motor coil part, and gear box part is not guaranteed. If the coil part is burnt down due to the damage of the gearbox, we will charge the maintenance cost.
3. The standard frame number gear reducer motor is guaranteed for one year after it leaves the factory. If the customer is damaged due to disassembly or loading, we will charge maintenance cost.
